Content of works in the primary school group: campus life and daily life, the proposed theme can be around:
Campus Environmental Education
Anything that happens on campus, etc.
Secondary school and tertiary groups: works are not limited to the theme, the works can show the information expressed.
Graphic Design and Moving Image
Graphic Design category： Each submission group should not exceed3 persons
Moving Image category： Each submission group should not exceed 10 persons
The work can be expressed in any form, such as images, drama, animation, film and video...
Eligible school regions: Hong Kong and Macau.
The contact person of the primary school group should be a parent or teacher.
Entries must be original and have not won in other public competitions. The works that have participated in the “Creative Achievement Award 2021” are not accepted.
The same participant can participate in both Graphic Design and Moving Image, but only one entry can be submitted for each category.
Awardees who are eligible for [ACP Certification] will receive an additional [ACP Special Award].
The entries must not contain obscene, pornographic, violent, religious, political or indecent content. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the contest and the prize without prior notice.
Participants must be the lead member, the principal artist or the director of the entries.
Graphic Design (平面影像)
File Format : JPG/PNG/AI/PDF（Select one）
Submission size requirements : No restrictions
File size cannot exceed over 35MB
If the content of the work contains more than one design, the judges will only review the first or most recent design content.
With a brief description and statement of works not more than 100 words in Chinese or 250 words in English.
Moving Image (動態影像)
File Format : MP4
Resolution : 1920 x 1080 (minimum)
File size should not exceed 50GB
The video or animation is not more than 30 minutes long (including end captions)
A cover image of the artwork must be provided with a minimum pixel size of 1280 x 720
Unlimited use of equipment
Unlimited themes and formats (including drama films, documentaries, experimental films, computer paintings, 3D rendering, video effects, etc.), except advertising.
Content: Please add special effects to enrich the content in addition to images taken with real life
Please add subtitles, if the content character has a dialogue,
Depending on your creation, you can add simple Chinese or English words
Works need to include sound
All entries are accepted in digital format only and must be submitted through the designated system.
Submissions such as CD, USB flash drives, and printed copies are not accepted.
Entries must be added to the relevant system. Please follow the instructions to fill in the information and upload the file.
The name of the work file is recommended to be named in English.
If the entry is created by multiple people, all joint entrants are required to upload their personal information.
The presentation and presentation can be submitted in PDF or MS Word format. If you have additional links, please put them in the document.
If you submit your work using a shared link, make sure you have permission to download. The conference will be implemented and archived with the downloaded version of the work.
Entries will not be accepted if the entries cannot be downloaded due to invalid links or any reason.
Entries will not be returned by the Organiser. Backup is required before submission.
Participants shall bear full responsibility for any errors and omissions in registration and submission.
Once a work is submitted, it is deemed to be the final version of the work and cannot be modified or replaced.
Copyright and Conditions
GrandTech Systems Limited is the organizer of “Creative Achievement Award 2022”.
The entries in each category are selected by the jury panel. The result and position are determined by the jury.
The organizer and the jury reserve the right to disqualify the entries if they violate the details and rules of the contest. The decision of the Organiser and the Jury shall be final and conclusive.
By submitting the entries, you have read and agreed to all the terms and conditions of the competition. If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of the competition, the Chinese version shall prevail. The Organiser has the sole and final decision to deal with all matters not mentioned in the Contest Details and Rules, Enrolment Form and Submission Form. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these rules and forms from time to time.
Entries must be original and created by the participants. By submission, the participant warrants that the work does not contain any third-party copyright content and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
Participants are not allowed to submit their submissions to other competitions until the results are announced. If a winning entry is found in violation of the rules of work after the announcement, the award will be disqualified and all awarded prizes will be refunded.
Entrants should only use third-party music, graphics, video or video clips in their entries with the prior written consent of the third party. Any authorized use of music, graphics, video or video clips shall be indicated in the entries in accordance with the copyright laws. The Organiser will not be responsible for any copyright inversion.
Contestants are required to confirm that the submitted works do not conflict with any copyright issues or assume any liability therefrom.

The Organiser reserves the right to exhibit and publish the participants' concepts and works.
Once the work is published, the copyright belongs to the organiser. The organiser reserves the right to modify, edit, publish and reprint the work without prior notice.
The Organiser will enter into a separate agreement with the copyright holder of any Entry prior to any commercial use.
The organiser reserves the right of the final decision regarding the arrangement of screenings and exhibitions.
Unless objection is made in writing, the Organiser has the permanent right to keep a copy of each work for education, preservation and promotion purposes.
